Choose a suitable template that reflects blogger's aesthetic. Birds of a feather flock together, you will attract similar kind of people to stay. It could be a good topic to discuss on how you choose the template and how it has brought to you either in traffic or readership. You lead the conversion !

3. Social blogger community
Bloggers have the tendency to follow on blogs that improve their template, widgets, good content to improve their content/ pagerank/ tips/ tricks, etc. Conversion is high in this area. Some of the social blogger communities are blogcatalog.com and bloggerunited.com

4. Traffic analytics
Analyse the traffic, understand why they leave and the reason they stay on. Readership retention is very important. Google analytics is a good tool in this area. By understanding your customers, you could write relevant articles, launch campaigns, and selling relevant ads.

9. Become blog follower.

10. Twitter
Twitter is powerful in getting readership. Try to convert them with your updates. Check out the widget i put up in my blog, it is at the most right side bar. I got a number of followers from there!

Ladies and gentleman,

I am back after 7 days of camp, living in a technology less environment. I spent most of my time in outdoor activities like Kayaking, paint balls war game, so called "solo drop" (actually walking through a palm oil estate at night with the trainers pretended as ghosts to give us surprise), high rope, mini version ec challenge, explorist (treasure hunt in the city thingy), marching, cooking competition, compass matching (learnt how to read map and compass), BBQ, strategy game which the team needs to crawl across a swamp.

Now, why i said technology less? In the camp site, besides the basic infrastructure like a simple hall with lights (if you consider it as a greatest technological breakout or invention of the last century, it is), and nothing more. You might ask, what about your cell phone. Well, my wallet (my money, credit cards, identification card) and hand phone were taken custody by the organizer. Oh, i had a torch light with me (torch light and battery), this is consider a technology less environment, yeah?

I felt uncomfortable for the first few days, missing my hand phone, laptop and internet, they are highly dependent for communication. Life without them is like isolated myself with the whole world, knowing nothing about what is going on. But sooner, i get adapted and now i am hand phone free and laptop free. I mean, i am independent from them. I dont really miss my hand phone and internet. There are other things that i can do without them, they are just a mean to communicate, that's all.

People in 21st century are so obsessed by handphone, they cant live a day without them. This has become a kind of sickness. S0, don't become a slave of gadgets, instead become the master of them. Live your life in a better way!

Wow! Yes! IT Blood and Financial World Today are now PageRank 3 blogs. Amazing! IT Blood was established on November 1st, with a PageRank 0. After 2 months of hardwork, it jumps from 0 to 3.

Well, for your information, i am running a financial blog - Financial World Today, and the good news is both IT Blood and Financial World Today are PageRank 3 now. Incredible yah? Because I started out Financial World Today 1 month ago. This is really a great encouragement for me to continue blogging.

How do i achieve it?

I am still wondering. Things that i have done on IT Blood:

1. I wrote a few posts on setting up popular posts widget and PostRank widget. It helps bloggers to implement it and in return, they wrote something on me with back link. Some of them have high PageRank.

2. Refer to Increase backlinks on Technorati

3. Link exchange with high PageRank blogs

4. Leave comments on forums and blogs with backlinks.

5. Refer to Increase traffic through RSS submission. I submit RSS by using a software.

6. Keywords are important to drive traffic from search engine. I am trying to write posts that match popular keywords yet informative.


How can i monetize PageRank?

I am still wondering how can i monetize it? Any idea? Can you give me some suggestion? I tried to google PageRank monetization but not much information available. Do leave me comments. Thank you.
